In 2009 I had the opportunity to Production Design an anti-Taliban film in Kabul, Afghanistan. In the two months I was there I put together a staff entirely comprised of Afghan nationals, helped scout and choose locations, and worked with scant resources to put together a movie in the middle of a war zone.
